How to Make Choc Cherry Granola?

Choco-Cherry Granola is a nutritious and simple dish to create.
1 cup oats, rolled
1/2 cup dates, pitted
cacao powder (1.5 tbsp)
1/2 cup quinoa, dry
1/3 cup dried cherries 1/2 cup raw buckwheat
1.5 teaspoons of water

Fill a bowl halfway with warm water and soak the dates for 10 minutes to soften them, then drain.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a food processor, blend the soaked dates, water, and cacao powder until smooth.
Rinse the quinoa and toss it with the oats and buckwheat in a mixing basin.
Mix in the date mixture thoroughly.
Spread the granola mixture on a baking sheet coated with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden, tossing and turning halfway through.
Stir in the halved dried cherries and serve once the mixture has cooled slightly.
