Recipe for Ginger Rice Noodles

Ginger Rice Noodles are a tasty, gluten-free dish that may become your new favorite.
1 pound of rice noodles
2 tablespoons butter with garlic
2 tbsp coarsely chopped ginger
1 tsp sesame seed oil
2 bok choy cups
a couple of teaspoons of soy sauce
1 finely sliced green onion stalk
season with salt to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the noodles as directed on the package.
In a wok, melt the garlic butter.
Sauté for 1-2 minutes with the ginger and sesame oil.
Cook for 2 minutes more after adding washed and quartered bok choy.
Add the cooked noodles.
Soy sauce is added.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Turn off the heat.
Serve with green onions on top.
Serve immediately.
